Application Requirements

Financing Amount : RM5,000 – RM200,000
Financing Tenure : 1 year (12 months) – 12 years (144 months)
Eligibility Criteria
  • Federal government employees only
  • Selected state government employees
  • Statutory body employees
  • Permanent employment status
  • Minimum 6 months of service
  • Salary deduction not exceeding 60%
  • CTOS record not exceeding RM100,000
  • Open to government employees across all states in Malaysia
Documents Required
  • Latest 1 month salary slip
  • Settlement statement (if overlapping with any bank/cooperative)
